All payments are final and non-refundable. Chargebacks or disputes are strictly prohibited.
Redistribution or reselling of any part of our products is strictly forbidden.
Upon purchasing, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our products for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with the provided license terms.
Your license is tied to your marketplace account. If you lose access to your account, we cannot transfer or provide support for your license.
Support is limited to product-related features. We do not provide assistance for custom modifications or new feature development.
You may not share access to our products with others outside your project team. Any unauthorized distribution will result in penalties.
You are allowed to use the product for both commercial and personal projects, with the following branding restrictions:
You may not use the "Fozmine" name in any textual elements of your server or product.
The exclusive product logo on marketplaces remains unchanged. If the product is a setup, its logo will match the setup server's branding.
The product's banner must remain as provided.
No advertising of external products, services, or servers, including in private messages. Do not use our server for unsolicited promotions or spam.
Respect all members, especially the staff team. Any form of hostility or harassment will be warned and punished accordingly.
Leaking, reselling, or redistributing our products will result in an immediate license revocation and a permanent ban.
NSFW or adult content (images, videos, or discussions) is strictly prohibited.
Product support is only available to verified accounts. You must verify yourself in the ticket channel before requesting support.
Spamming or attacking the server in any form will result in an instant ban.
Use common sense. No unnecessary drama—be respectful and keep the community positive.
